Hello I am a sales consultant at AT & T and I are trying to find what people think somethings if they (look for them) generally for all types of commercial agents thoughts. What are somethings you expect to wait in your experience? Generosity? Truth? welcomness? Loyalty? What you need to know these things. Shares some stories and let me know that I am truly grateful. There are many books that give much thought to this issue. (Please send me a list if you like reading.) In the expectation, I think it's important to be honest with their customers and try not to think lead astray, there is a sale or a limited time. Be honest and will each assume. Moreover, as poor customer service with most companies these days that the provision of quality service, other than to note are that too. Put yourself in his situation and asked how I would be surprised by the service of that person.
